Shareholder Rights and Wrongs in Governing US Corporations- Millstein Lecture Series

Lucian Bebchuk, a world renowned advocate of shareholder rights and influentional critic of CEO pay, will join Ira Millstein and Anne Simpson for two interactive lecture and discussion sessions on the current state of corporate governance in the U.S. and abroad. Topics to be explored include: What are or should be the rights of shareholders? Do they have too much power or not enough? What are the implications of sovereign wealth funds investing so heavily in private corporations?
